For our portable espresso machines, we provide a serial number registration card that can extend the warranty period by an additional 6 months if you register your purchase online.

    If during the warranty period, you encounter any defects or malfunctions in your product, please contact our customer support team. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
  4. Exclusion:
    The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
  5. Warranty Claim Process:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the form below with accurate details.
    • Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
    • Describe the issue you are experiencing with the product.
    • Include clear photos or videos illustrating the defect, if applicable.
    • Voltex Homestore reserves the right to assess the validity of warranty claims and may request additional information or evidence.
  6. Resolution:
    Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Voltex Homestore will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. If the exact product is not available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

  7. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to Voltex Homestore for warranty service. Voltex Homestore will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

  8. Limitation of Liability:
    Voltex Homestore ‘s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

  9. Non-Transferable:
    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product from Voltex Homestore .
